I’m an Italian chef born and raised in Italy, where food was always about family, tradition, and connection. I grew up learning that cooking isn’t just about recipes—it’s about taking care of people.
When I moved to Seattle, I brought that philosophy with me. I want to share my passion is not just cooking food; is to give you an experience and share histories. Today, I’m the chef behind Rizzo Kitchen Experience and Pasta Lovers.
What I do is simple: real Italian food, made from scratch, with intention. No shortcuts—just honest ingredients and hospitality at the center of everything.
I truly believe food is a universal language.
